摘要
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为基材制备静电纺丝纳米纤维膜,利用二乙烯三胺(DETA)对其进行化学改性,研究了胺化改性PAN膜(APAN)对镉离子的吸附性能。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对膜的形态进行了表征,探讨了pH值、吸附时间等因素对镉离子(Cd(II))吸附性能的影响。结果表明,APAN膜对Cd(II)的最大吸附量为51.8 mg·g^(-1)。此外,经过5个吸附/解吸附循环后,APAN膜对Cd(II)的吸附量仍能达到首次吸附量的50%以上。
The aminated polyacrylonitrile(PAN)(APAN)nanofibers membrane was successfully prepared by grafting diethylenetriamine(DETA)onto the surface of PAN nanofibers membrane,which was applied to adsorption of cadmium ions(Cd(II)).The morphology of the APAN nanofibers membrane was characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of pH,adsorption time on the adsorption performance of Cd(II)were investigated.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of APAN nanofibers membrane for Cd(II)was 51.8 mg·g^(-1).In addition,the adsorption capacity of APAN nanofibers membrane for Cd(II)was still above 50%of the initial adsorption capacity after 5 times of adsorption/desorption cycles.
