Zn杂化微孔分子筛-Ag^(+)主客体复合抗菌材料的制备

摘要 以硅溶胶、偏铝酸钠、硝酸锌分别作为硅源、铝源和锌源,采用水热合成法制备Zn杂化微孔A型分子筛,通过固相离子交换的方式将银离子负载于Zn杂化微孔分子筛载体上制备Zn杂化微孔分子筛-Ag^(+)主客体复合抗菌材料,采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM对制备样品进行表征。实验结果表明:水热合成法合成Zn杂化A型分子筛的最佳陈化温度为40℃,陈化时间为24 h。制备的Zn杂化A型分子筛-Ag^(+)复合抗菌材料的微孔分子筛骨架结构没有改变,银以离子形式进入分子筛孔道中。Zn杂化A型分子筛-Ag^(+)复合抗菌材料的粒径分布均匀且细小,约为300 nm。 Zinc-substituted NaA micropore zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method using silica sol,sodium metaaluminate and zinc nitrate as silicon source,aluminum source and zinc source and zinc-substituted micropore zeolite-Ag^(+)host and guest composite antibacterial materials was prepared by solid phase ion exchange method loading silver ions on zinc-substituted NaA zeolite.Samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The experimental results show that the best aging temperature is 40℃and the aging time is 24 h for the preparation of zinc-substituted NaA zeolite.The molecular sieve structure of zinc-substituted micropore zeolite-Ag^(+)host and guest composite materials is basically unchanged and Ag^(+)enters the pore channel of the molecular sieve.The particle size of zinc-substituted micropore zeolite-Ag^(+)host and guest composite antibacterial material is small and evenly distributed,about 300 nm.
