摘要
蝴蝶花Iris japonica Thunb.为鸢尾科鸢尾属多年生草本植物,在我国分布非常广泛,常用作民间草药及园林绿化植物,具有消肿止痛、清热解毒的功效,药用资源开发前景广阔。采用了来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定方法对蝴蝶花进行生药学研究。理化实验发现蝴蝶花中含有黄酮、三萜类物质。以三氯甲烷-甲醇-冰醋酸(10∶2∶0.2,体积比)为展开剂,进行薄层鉴别,蝴蝶花根茎提取物分离度良好,鸢尾黄素和芹菜素对应位置斑点较明显。本研究确定了蝴蝶花的基源,并详细描述了其显微及理化鉴别特征,为蝴蝶花资源的药用开发提供系统的理论依据。
Iris japonica Thunb is a perennial species of genus Iris( Iridaceae) and widely distributed in China. I. japonica is commonly used as folk herb and landscaping plants,with the effect of decreasing swelling,relieving pain,rehabilitation and detoxification.firstly,the author applies source identification,character identification,microscopic identification,physicochemical identification to carry out the pharmacognosy study of Iris japonica. In physical and chemical experiments,flavonoids and triterpenes substances are found.TLC identification is carried out with chloroform-methanol-glacial acetic acid( 10 ∶ 2 ∶ 0.2) as expansion agent,from which it is found that the separation degree of the rhizome extracts of Iris japonica is decent,wherein the positions corresponding to tectorigenin and apigenin have apparent spots. In this study,the origin of Iris was determined and its microscopic and physicochemical characteristics were described in detail.It provides systematic theoretical basis for the medicinal exploitation of iris resources.
