摘要
随着广州市污泥处理处置相关规定的陆续出台,要求本市内污水处理厂污泥厂内干化脱水后达到含水率40%以下方可外运处置。本文结合广州市从化区中心城区污水处理厂选择的污泥干化工艺,介绍了一般城市污水处理厂污泥的性质、污泥干化工艺流程和控制参数,提出在现有污水处理厂污泥脱水处理工艺后加设污泥干化工艺技术的可能及技术要点,同时简要介绍了该类工程的能耗及药耗方面的情况。
With the successive promulgation of relevant regulations on sludge treatment and disposal in Guangzhou,it is required that the sludge of sewage treatment plants in the city should be dried and dehydrated before reaching a moisture content of less than 40% before it can be shipped out for treatment.Combined with the sludge drying process selected by the Central Urban Area Sewage Treatment Plant of Conghua District,Guangzhou,this paper introduces the properties of the sludge in the general urban sewage treatment plant,the sludge drying process and the control parameters,and proposes the sludge dewatering treatment in the existing sewage treatment plant.The possibility and technical points of adding sludge drying technology after the process are briefly introduced,and the energy and drug consumption of such projects are briefly introduced.
