不合理醋酸用量对涤/氨针织布弹性的负面影响

涤/氨针织布的弹性是重要的品质,弹性不合格会影响织物的使用寿命和性能。在涤/氨针织布染色过程中,醋酸常被用来调节染浴pH,且因成本低而使用频繁。涤/氨针织布的弹性规格控制主要在热定形工序,但是对比涤/氨针织布染色溶液的pH发现,醋酸的不合理使用会影响织物中氨纶的弹性。保持合理的染浴pH有利于保持织物良好的弹性,目前常规分散染料染涤/氨弹力针织布合适的染浴pH为4.5~5.5。

The elasticity of polyester/spandex knitted fabric is an important quality, and unqualified elasticity will affect the service life and performance of fabric. In the dyeing process of polyester/spandex knitted fabric, acetic acid is used to adjust the pH of dyeing bath, and it is used frequently because of its low cost. The elastic specification control of polyester/ammonia knitted fabric is mainly in the heat setting process, but comparing the pH of polyester/ammonia knitted fabric dyeing solution, it is found that the unreasonable use of acetic acid will affect the elasticity of spandex in the fabric.Maintaining a reasonable dyeing bath pH is conducive to maintaining good elasticity of the fabric. At present, the suitable dyeing bath pH for conventional disperse dyes to dye polyester/ammonia elastic knitted fabrics is 4.5~5.5.
