我国高校通过实施创新创业教育变革来建设科技创新高地与世界重要人才中心。当前,高校通过建设众创空间等科技实体、与校外合作形成创新创业生态链条、培养与吸引创新创业人才等措施来打造科技创新高地与世界重要人才中心,但是在建设过程中还存在高校创新体系整体效能不足、一流创新创业平台短缺、创新创业生态体系不完善、创新创业人才培养与发展机制不健全等现实困境。因此,我国建设创新创业教育高地与世界重要人才中心需要全面发展高质量高等教育体系,提升创新创业教育效能;全面完善创新创业生态体系,打造创新创业产业集群;统筹规划教育优质资源,为人才提供一流创新平台与环境;深化高校创新创业教育改革,不断推进人才培养体制机制变革的发展策略。
