基于移动互联网时代下的我国公共信息安全研究

Research on China’s Public Information Security in the Era of Mobile Internet

随着我国社会经济的高速发展,科学技术水平的不断提升,移动互联进入发展快车道。据《2021年世界互联网发展报告》统计:截止2021年底我国互联网普及率达到了73.0%,网民规模从10年前的5.13亿,增长为10.32亿,增幅超50%并且这个数据仍在增长。大规模的网民增长一方面反映了我国移动互联网事业的持续上升发展态势,但另一方面也暴露出来越来越突出的公共信息安全问题。近年来因网络引发的各类公共信息安全事件层出不穷,越来越多的人开始关注移动互联网的安全建设问题。我国政府在移动互联时代下的公共信息安全管理方面,做出了很多探索和尝试,取得了一些显著成效,但基于移动互联网的复杂性和社会现实条件制约,依然还有很多不足。该文基于这种背景,从概述移动互联网及公共信息安全出发,进而阐述了移动互联网下公共信息安全问题的主要表现,然后具体分析移动互联网时代下我国的公共信息安全的产生原因;最后提出针对性应对措施。希望能推动我国移动互联网络的健康发展,进一步提高公共信息安全管理水平。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,mobile Internet has entered the fast lane of development.According to the statistics of the world Internet development report 2021:by the end of 2021,China’s Internet penetration rate had reached 73.0%,and the number of Internet users increased from 513 million 10 years ago to 1.032 billion,an increase of more than 50%,and this data is still growing.On the one hand,the large-scale growth of Internet users reflects the continuous upward development trend of China’s mobile Internet industry,but on the other hand,it also exposes more and more prominent public information security problems.In recent years,various public information security incidents caused by the Internet have emerged one after another,and more and more people begin to pay attention to the security construction of mobile Internet.Our government has made many explorations and attempts in public information security management in the era of mobile Internet and achieved some remarkable results,but there are still many deficiencies based on the complexity of mobile Internet and the constraints of social realistic conditions.Based on this background,starting from the overview of mobile Internet and public information security,this paper expounds the main manifestations of public infor mation security under mobile Internet,and then analyzes the causes of public information security in China in the era of mobile Internet;Finally,it puts forward targeted countermeasures.We hope to promote the healthy development of China’s mobile Internet and further improve the level of public information security management.
