该文针对多时序看门狗电路的基本功能和时间参数,总结了看门狗关键参数的测试方法,使用J750EX测试系统的DSIO模块,以MAX6822-XX看门狗电路为例,使用单个模块测得多个不稳定的时间参数,解决了以往看门狗无法精确测量多个周期的问题,同时使用单个测试向量,极大地缩短了测试时间。

Based on the basic function and time parameters of mult-timing watchdog,this paper summarizes the testing method of key parameters of watchdog.The DSIO module of J750EX is used to test the system,and the MAX6822-XX watchdog circuit is taken as an example.Multiple unstable time parameters are measured by a single module,which solves the previous problem that multiple watchdog cycles cannot be accurately measured.Using a single test vector at the same time greatly reduces test time.
