摘要
随着经济社会的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,私家车越来越普及,在土地集约利用最大化的情况下,商业及住宅项目一般都要配套建设地下车库。文中结合工程实例,分析通过地下车库轮廊设计、柱网设计等方式优化车库设计,从而把建设成本降到最低。
With the development of economy and society,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and private cars are becoming more and more popular.Under the condition of maximizing land intensive use,commercial and residential projects generally need to build underground garages.Based on engineering examples,this paper analyzes optimization of the design of underground garages by means of wheel gallery design and column network design,so as to minimize the construction cost.
