Development of Prefabricated Buildings Under PPP Mode

随着国家出台一系列发展装配式建筑的政策,大力推广装配式建筑,但由于其存在增量成本高、存在安全隐患、市场环境不成熟等问题,相关民营企业投资该类建筑的兴致不高,而利用PPP模式就可以解决该类问题。为此,通过分析针对运用PPP模式下装配式建筑的试点示范经验,提出了关于未来装配式建筑发展的可行性。

With a series of policies for the development of assembly architecture issued by the state,assembly building is vigorously promoted,because of its high incremental cost,hidden danger of security,immature market environment and so on.Enthusiasm of relevant private enterprises to invest in this kind of building is not high,so we can use PPP model to find out the relevant countermeasures.Therefore,the analysis of the pilot demonstration experience of assembly architecture under PPP mode,provides a reference for the subsequent development of assembly architecture.
