摘要
我国市政工程在许多领域取得了很大的成就,随着“十四五”规划的开启,市政工程面临着更大的挑战。文章详细研究了市政造价成本上升的原因,并根据目前的管理状况,提出了几条造价成本控制的策略。
China’s municipal engineering has made great achievements in many fields,and with the opening of the"14th Five-Year Plan",municipal engineering is facing greater challenges.This article examines in detail the reasons for the rise in municipal costs,and proposes several cost control strategies according to the current management status,which are for reference only.
