包皮肥厚患者包皮环切术1例报告并文献复习

The circumcision of male patients with hypertrophy of prepuce:a case report and literature review

目的探讨包皮肥厚患者包皮环切术的术式选择及包扎方法。方法系统回顾1例包皮肥厚患者的详细病史和诊疗经过,并对相关文献进行复习。结果患者采用包皮环切缝合器法手术失败,改开放缝合,手术顺利,术后无并发症发生。结论包皮肥厚患者应首选传统包皮环切术,若采用传统包扎法包扎时较难且易脱落,可采用“套状”包扎法。

Objective To investigate the choice of surgical method of circumcision for patients with hypertrophy of prepuce.Methods The detailed medical history,process of diagnosis and treatment of 1 case with hypertrophy of prepuce was systematically reviewed,and its related literatures were also reviewed.Results The patient was treated with disposable circumcision suture device,and the operation failed.Then the surgical method was changed to conventional circumcision,and the operation was successful,no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions Conventional circumcision should be the first choice for patients with preputial hypertrophy.If the traditional dressing method is difficult and easy to fall off,the"cuff"dressing method can be used.
