组织中miR-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌患者术后预后的相关性

Correlation between the expression of miR-24-3p and CD34 protein in tissues and postoperative prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer

目的探讨组织中微小核糖核酸(miR)-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)患者术后预后的关系。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的100例初次采用肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗的EOC患者作为研究对象。术后均接受为期1年的随访,记录随访期间病情进展情况,以病情有无进展作为预后的评估标准,分为预后不良组和预后良好组。比较两组的基线资料、组织中miR-24-3p及CD34蛋白表达水平,分析二者与患者术后预后的关系。结果随访结束时,100例中有40例预后不良(预后不良组),60例预后良好(预后良好组)。预后不良组miR-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)水平高于预后良好组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组其他基线资料、实验室指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);COX回归分析结果显示,EOC患者组织中miR-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达及血清CA125水平高是术后预后不良的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论组织中miR-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达与EOC患者术后预后存在相关性,早期动态监测EOC患者组织中miR-24-3p、CD34蛋白表达情况,并尽早实施合理干预,或可对促进患者良性预后有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of microRNA(miR)-24-3p and CD34 protein in tissues and postoperative prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods 100 patients with EOC who received primary cytoreductive surgery in the People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.All patients were followed up for one year after operation,the disease condition during follow-up period was recorded.The patients were divided them into a poor prognosis group and a good prognosis group according to whether the disease progressed or not.The baseline data and the expression levels of miR-24-3p and CD34 protein in the tissues of the two groups were compared,and the relationship between them and the postoperative prognosis of patients were analyzed.Results At the end of follow-up,40 of the 100 patients had a poor prognosis(poor prognosis group)and 60 had a good prognosis(good prognosis group).The expressions of miR-24-3p,CD34 protein and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other baseline data and laboratory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).COX regression analysis showed that the expression of miR-24-3p,CD34 protein and serum CA125 level in EOC patients were risk factors for poor postoperative prognosis(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions There is a correlation between the expression of miR-24-3p and CD34 protein in the tissues and the prognosis of EOC patients.Early dynamic monitoring of the expression of miR-24-3p and CD34 protein in the tissues of EOC patients and early implementation of reasonable intervention may have positive significance for promoting the benign prognosis of patients.
