《医门擥要》诊治泌尿男科疾病学术思想初探

A preliminary study on the academic thought of diagnosis and treatment of urological male diseases in the Yimenlanyao

《医门擥要》与《滇南本草》皆系滇南名家兰茂所著,前者登擥疾病机理与治法机要,后者考述滇南本草性味效治。《医门擥要》分为上下两卷,上卷论脉,下卷论病,其下卷中的小便门与遗精门两章诊治泌尿男科病症的相关论述对临床具有重要的指导意义,阐释了溺血、不禁、遗溺、不通、梦遗、滑精、白浊等病的辨治要点,强调着眼于气、明辨虚实寒热、多脏腑施治,我们总结兰茂先生诊治这些泌尿男科疾病的学术思想,归纳其特征,为临床应用《医门擥要》学术思想治疗泌尿男科疾病提供新思路、新方法。

Yimenlanyao and Diannanbencao are both written by Lan Mao,a famous Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)master in Yunnan.The former discusses the mechanism of disease and the principles of treatment,and the latter discusses the properties,flavors and effects of medicinal material in Yunnan.Yimenlanyao is divided into two volumes,the first volume discusses the pulse,and the second volume discusses the disease.The two chapters in the second volume,the urination part and the nocturnal emission part,have important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of urology and andrology.The main points of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as hematuria,urinary incontinence and obstruction,nocturnal emission,chronic prostatitis are significantly emphasized.Lan Mao claimed that focusing on Qi,distinguishing between deficiency and excess,cold and heat,and multi-organ treatment are important for a doctor.We summarize his thoughts of diagnosis and treatment of these urological and male diseases,generalize their characteristics,and provide new ideas and new methods for the clinical application of the academic thoughts of Yimenlanyao in the treatment of urological and andrological diseases.
