多元线性回归分析育龄期尖锐湿疣患者生育忧虑的影响因素及干预措施

Influencing factors and intervention measures of fertility anxiety in patients with condyloma acuminatum at childbearing age:multiple linear regression analysis

目的探究育龄期尖锐湿疣(CA)患者的生育忧虑现状,采用多元线性回归分析其的影响因素。方法选取2018年5月至2021年5月空军军医大学第一附属医院诊治的128例育龄期CA患者作为研究对象。采用问卷调查的方式统计其生育忧虑现状,采用Pearson法分析生育忧虑与抑郁情绪、复发恐惧及社会支持的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析生育忧虑的影响因素。结果123例育龄期CA患者平均生育忧虑评分为(58.69±6.12)分;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,生育忧虑与抑郁情绪、复发恐惧呈正相关(P<0.05),与社会支持呈负相关(P<0.05);文化程度、子女情况、生育意愿、CA认知程度、抑郁情绪、复发恐惧及社会支持是育龄期CA患者生育忧虑的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论育龄期CA患者存在不同程度的生育忧虑,临床应重点关注低文化程度、未生育、有生育意愿、低认知程度、有抑郁情绪、有复发恐惧、低等社会支持的CA患者,加强对其护理干预,以减轻其的生育忧虑,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the current situation of reproductive anxiety in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA)at childbearing age,and to analyze its influencing factors by multiple linear regression analysis.Methods A total of 128 CA patients at childbearing age who were diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of PLA Air Force Military Medical University from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the current situation of fertility anxiety.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between fertility anxiety and depression,fear of recurrence and social support,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of fertility anxiety.Results The average fertility anxiety score of 123 CA patients at childbearing age was(58.69±6.12)score.Pearson correlation analysis showed that fertility anxiety was positively correlated with depression and fear of recurrence(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with social support(P<0.05).Education level,children′s condition,willingness to bear children,CA cognition,depression,fear of recurrence and social support were the influencing factors of fertility anxiety in CA patients of childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusions There are different degrees of fertility anxiety in CA patients at childbearing age.Clinical attention should be paid to CA patients with low education level,no childbearing,willingness to bear children,low cognitive level,depression,fear of recurrence,and low social support.The nursing intervention should be strengthened to reduce their fertility anxiety and improve their quality of life.
