我国临床护理教师胜任力研究的文献计量学分析

摘要 目的:分析我国临床护理教师胜任力研究现状,为完善护理教师评价指标体系和构建系统有效的培训模式提供参考。方法:采用主题词关键词检索法在中国期刊全文数据库、中国优秀博硕士学位论文全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中检索临床护理师资相关文献,运用文献计量学进行统计分析。结果:共检索出符合要求的文献88篇。侧重于胜任力指标体系构建和现状调查的研究内容占比32.95%,质性与量性研究法相结合的文献构成比为27.27%,硕士和本科生层次教师胜任力指标权重尚不明确。结论:我国临床护理师资胜任力测评工具有待开发,质性与量性研究科学的结合有待加强,该领域胜任力的挖掘及应用不足。 Objective: The research status of clinical nursing teachers’ competency in China is analyzed, to provide a reference for improving the evaluation index system of nursing teachers and constructing a systematic and effective training model. Methods:Using the subject heading and keyword retrieval method, the relevant documents of clinical nursing teachers were retrieved from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database, the Chinese Doctoral Dissertations and Master’s Thesis Full-text Database, Wanfang Database, and VIP Database. Statistical analysis was performed by bibliometric methods. Results: A total of 88 literatures meeting the requirements were retrieved. 32.95% of the research content focuses on the construction of the competency index system and the status quo investigation. The composition ratio of the literature combining qualitative and quantitative research methods was27.27%. The weights of teacher competency indicators at the master and undergraduate levels were not yet clear. Conclusion:Competency assessment tools for clinical nursing teachers in China need to be developed, and the scientific combination of qualitative and quantitative research needs to be strengthened. The mining and application of competency in this field is insufficient.
