康复训练结合优质护理在胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折外固定术后的应用及对踝功能恢复的影响分析

Application of Rehabilitation Training Combined with High-quality Nursing after External Fixation of Distal Tibia and Fibula Fractures and its Impact on Ankle Function Recovery

目的:探讨康复训练结合优质护理在胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折外固定术后的护理效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年5月许昌中医院收治的90例胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折外固定手术患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案分为研究组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。两组患者术后均干预14 d。对比两组患者干预前后AOFAS踝—后足评分量表(AOFAS)、生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、满意度及并发症。结果:干预前,两组患者AOFAS、ADL各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.219、0.232、1.286、0.092;t=0.266、0.634、0.265,P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者AOFAS、ADL各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.243、14.294、11.681、13.081;t=26.470、6.260、8.799,P<0.05);研究组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05);两组患者总并发症率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.195,P>0.05)。结论:康复训练结合优质护理可有效促进胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折外固定术患者足踝功能及生活能力的恢复,提高患者满意度。

Objective: To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation training combined with high quality and careful nursing after external fixation of distal screw fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 90 patients with external fixation of distal tibia and fibula fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 was selected as the research objects. According to different nursing plans, they were divided into study group and control group, with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received 14 d of intervention after operation. The AOFAS ankle-hindfoot scale(AOFAS), life ability scale(ADL)scores, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of AOFAS and ADL between the two groups(t=0.219,0.232, 1.286, 0.092, t=0.266, 0.634, 0.265, P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of AOFAS and ADL in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.243, 14.294, 11.681, 13.081;t=26.470,6.260, 8.799, P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.939, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total complication rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.195, P>0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation training combined with high-quality nursing can effectively promote the recovery of ankle function and living ability in patients with external fixation of distal tibia and fibula fractures, and improve patient satisfaction.
