临床药学查房结合带教路径在肾癌围术期护理管理中的应用

Application of Clinical Pharmacy Rounds Combined with Teaching Pathway in Nursing Management during Perioperative Period of Renal Cancer Patients

目的:探讨以临床药学查房和带教路径相结合的新型护理管理模式在肾癌围术期中的应用效果,以改善护理服务质量,提高患者护理满意度。方法:选取2018年10月—2020年10月漯河市中心医院收治的80例行肾细胞癌根治术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规专科护理管理模式,观察组应用临床药学查房结合带教路径的护理管理模式。比较两组患者的临床用药和护理服务情况。结果:观察组患者临床用药合理情况高于对照组,药物不良反应情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914、4.114,P<0.05);观察组患者护理舒适情况高于对照组,差错和护患纠纷情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501、5.165、5.000,P<0.05);观察组患者护理质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.006,χ^(2)=4.013,P<0.05)。结论:以临床药学查房和带教路径相结合的新型护理管理模式应用于肾癌围术期患者能够提高临床用药合理性,提高责任护士操作技能,改善护理服务水平,有较好的推广应用价值。

Objective: To explore the application effect of a new nursing management mode on basis of clinical pharmacy rounds combined with teaching paths in patients of renal cancer during perioperative period in order to improve quality of nursing service. Methods: Selected 80 patients who underwent radical resection of renal cell carcinoma in the hospital from October 2018to October 2020 as the research objects, and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine specialized nursing management model, while the observation group adopted the nursing management model combining clinical pharmacy ward rounds and teaching paths. The clinical medication and nursing service of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical rationality of drug use in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the adverse drug reactions were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=3.914, 4.114, P<0.05). The nursing comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the errors and nurse-patient disputes were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501, 5.165, 5.000, P<0.05). The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.006, χ^(2)=4.013,P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of new nursing management mode on basis of clinical pharmacy rounds combined with teaching paths in renal cancer during perioperative period can improve rationality of clinical medication, skills of responsible nurses and level of nursing service, which is worth popularizing and applying.
