摘要 介绍了电解铜箔生产过程中阴极辊在线研磨的工艺流程。讨论了磨刷的结构,磨料的材质和粒度,研磨力的影响因素,以及表面粗糙度的评价指标。从研磨原理出发,分析了阴极辊研磨过程中常见的问题,如出现亮线或深划痕,粗糙度不达标,氧化期过短或不稳定,有明暗带等,提出了相应的解决方案。 The process flow for grinding the cathode rollers on a production line for electrolytic copper foil manufacturing was introduced.The structure of grinding brush,the material and particle size of abrasive,the factors affecting the grinding efficiency,and the evaluation of surface roughness were discussed.Some problems often occurring during the grinding of cathode rollers such as the formation of bright line or deep scratch,substandard roughness,too short or irregular oxidation period,and nonuniform gloss were analyzed based on the principle of grinding.The countermeasures were presented.
