维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为与希望、社会支持的关系研究

Self-management behavior, hope and social support in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的自我管理行为与希望、社会支持的关系。方法:抽取2020年3~12月皖南医学院第二附属医院血液透析中心的MHD患者205例,采用一般情况调查表、MHD患者自我管理量表、Herth希望量表和社会支持量表(SSRS)等工具进行调查。结果:MHD患者的自我管理得分低于常模值(P<0.05);自我管理总分与希望总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01),与社会支持总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01);希望的态度维度和关系维度及社会支持的支持利用度维度对自我管理有正向预测作用(β=0.299、0.165、0.144,P<0.05)。结论:MHD患者的自我管理行为应引起医务工作者的高度重视,希望和社会支持对其自我管理能力提高有重要影响。

Objective:To investigate the relationship among self-management behavior, hope and social support in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:202 MHD patients were included in the Blood Purification Center of our hospital from March to December of 2020,and underwent survey using General Information Questionnaire, Self-Management Scale for MHD Patients, Herth Hope Scale and Social Support Scale(SSRS).Results:The self-management score was lower than the norm(P<0.05),and the total scores of self-management were positively correlated with those of hope and social support on all components(all P<0.01).The components on attitude toward hope(T),relationship(I) and utilization of social support were positive predictive effect on self-management(β=0.299;0.165;0.144,respectively, P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical workers should attach great importance to the self-management behavior of MHD patients, because hope and social support can play vital role in improving the self-management ability for such victims.
