基于数字融合的产品价值链路径研究

Research on Path of Product Value Chain Based on Digital Integration

如何促进数字经济与实体经济广泛深度融合,加快产业结构转型升级,实现原有产业的价值链增益,是当前需要研究的问题。利用2018年全国投入产出表数据,基于国家统计局发布的数字经济核心产业分类标准,对数字经济规模进行测度,构建一组数字经济融合度测度指标,从供给侧和需求侧测度数字经济核心部门与其他产品部门的融合程度,归纳数字经济核心部门与其他部门的融合模式,对比分析数字经济产业融合与传统产业融合的差异,刻画数字经济核心产品价值链形成路径,明确数字经济核心部门在产品价值链中的相对位置和作用,总结数字融合的价值链路径形成模式。研究表明:第一,2018年数字经济核心部门的增加值占GDP的比重为9.80%;第二,数字经济核心部门内部、数字经济核心部门之间的融合程度较高,数字经济核心部门对第三产业、第二产业和第一产业的融合度依次递减,现阶段数字经济研发活动力度较低;第三,数字经济核心部门与其他部门之间的融合方式呈现多样性;第四,与数字化效率提升部门相比,数字经济核心部门的关联性更强,融合面更广,融合程度更深,对金融、专业技术和商务服务相关部门的需求更大,推动作用也更强,数字经济有望发展成为新的国民经济支柱产业;第五,数字经济产业融合存在“外循环”和“内循环”两种模式的价值链形成路径。本文对深刻认识数字经济与实体经济融合发展的多样化模式,理解数字经济核心产品价值链的形成路径,明确数字经济融合与传统产业融合的差异性具有指导意义。

How to promote the extensive and in-depth integration between digital economy and real economy,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,and realize the value chain gains of the original industries are issues need to be studied.In this study,the scale of digit economy is measured based on the Statistical Classification of the Digital Economy and Its Core Industries(2021)issued by National Bureau of Statistics with 2018 national input-output table data.The index system for measuring the degree of integration between the core sectors of the digital economy and other sectors is constructed from the supply and demand sides.Then,the mode of digital economy integration is summarized based on the proposed index system and the difference between the digital economy integration and traditional industry integration is analyzed.Further,the transmission paths of digital economy value chain is described,and its mode can be concluded from the paths.It can be shown from the results that:Firstly,in 2018,the added value of the core sectors of the digital economy accounted for 9.80%of GDP the core industry of digital economy has become an important part of the national economy.Secondly,there is a high degree of integration within the core sectors of the digital economy,as well as between the core sectors of the digital economy.The degree of integration of the tertiary industry,the secondary industry and the primary industry decreases successively,and the R&D activities of digital economy are low at current stage.Thirdly,there are various integration modes between the core departments of the digital economy and other departments.Fourthly,comparing with the digital efficiency improvement department,there is stronger relationship between the core sectors of the digital economy and national economic sectors;Deeper integration can be absolved between the core sectors of the digital economy and more national economic sectors;More products from financial,technical and business services sectors are needed by the core sectors of the digital economy,in turn,the core sectors of the digital economy can promote the development of these sectors.Thus,digital economy industry has the potential to develop into a new pillar industry of the national economy.Fifthly,there are two modes of value chain transmission paths within the core departments of the digital economy,namely,“outer circulation”and“inner circulation”.There is much significant contribution to understand the integration mode between the digital economy and the real economy,to comprehend the value transmission path of core products of digital economy,and to distinguish the difference between the digital economy integration and traditional industry integration.
