Overview of Determination Method Standards for APEOs

介绍了目前国内外已发布的有关烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEOs)测定方法标准。对相关检测方法标准中涉及的样品前处理技术、测定方法技术、结果计算方法等方面进行了简要介绍。对目前高氧乙烯基(EO)数APEOs难以准确定量的问题进行了阐述。基于目前广泛使用的LC-UV(液相色谱-紫外可见光检测器)、LC-DAD(液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器)和LC-MS(液相色谱-质谱)等仪器,提出了“AP当量”的概念,结合APEOs的化合试剂裂解法,有望解决高EO数APEOs定量的难题。为未来相关产品标准指标更新和测定方法标准的技术升级提供参考。

In this paper,domestic and foreign standards for the determination of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers(APEOs)were summarized.And techniques for sample pretreatment,determination method,and result calculation involved in these standards were also brief introduced.The current problem that high EO number APEOs are difficult to quantify accurately were expounded.Based on the currently widely used instruments such as LC-UV(Liquid Chromatography-Ultraviolet Visible detector),LC-DAD(Liquid Chromatography-Diode Array Detector)and LC-MS(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry),a concept of“AP equivalent”was proposed.Combined with the chemical cleavage method,it is expected to solve the difficult problem of high EO number APEOs quantification,which provided a reference for the updating of relevant product standards and the technical upgrading of determination method standards in the future.
