推进红色文化资源挖掘保护利用高质量发展的策略研究——以黔东红色文化为例

Research on Strategy of Promoting the High-quality Development of Red Cultural Resources Collection,Protection and Utilization:Taking the Red Culture in Eastern Guizhou as an Example

红色文化资源是中国共产党艰辛而辉煌奋斗历程的见证,是最宝贵的精神财富。研究以黔东红色文化资源为对象,采取文献研究、调查研究等方法,探究黔东红色文化资源的挖掘保护利用现状。发现黔东红色文化依然存在着“红色文化挖掘整理工作严重滞后、红色遗址遗迹保护利用意识不强、红色文化资源研发人员十分短缺、红色文化宣教融合力量明显弱势”等问题,建议通过“成立专项工作小组,挖掘整理红色史料;设立专项推进项目,保护利用红色文化资源;盘活多方建设力量,优化红色文化人才队伍;拓展融合发展渠道,彰显红色文化效能;升格创新发展范式,打造红色旅游精品;锻造国际文化品牌,提升国际话语权”等策略来推进红色文化资源挖掘保护利用高质量发展。

Red cultural resources are the witness of the arduous and brilliant struggle of the Communist Party of China and also the most precious spiritual wealth.With the red cultural resources in eastern Guizhou as the object,the present situation of the collection,protection and utilization of red cultural resources in eastern Guizhou is explored by means of literature research and investigation.It is found that there are still some problems in the red culture of eastern Guizhou,such as“the collection and collation of red culture is seriously lagging behind,the awareness of the protection and utilization of red sites and relics is not strong,the research and development personnel of red cultural resources are in short supply,and the fusion strength of red culture propaganda and education is obviously weak”.It is suggested that a special working group should be set up to collect and collate red historical materials.In addition,it is necessary to establish special promotion projects to protect and utilize red cultural resources,revitalize the construction forces in many ways to optimize the team of red cultural talents,expand the channels of integration and development to highlight the effectiveness of red culture,upgrade the development paradigm to create a red tourism boutique,forge international cultural brands to enhance international discourse power and adopt other strategies to promote the high-quality development of red cultural resources mining,protection and utilization.
