摘要
为明确雄安“千年秀林”不同景观类型的土壤肥力状况及影响林区土壤碳储量及碳通量的主要因素,对雄安后期城市森林建设提出针对性建议,通过测定林区土壤碱解氮、有机质、容重、微生物量碳等15项肥力指标,采用主成分分析法评价其综合肥力状况,利用ArcGIS10.2绘制土壤肥力分布图;使用土壤呼吸仪监测林区土壤碳通量,明确土壤碳储量、碳通量及其与土壤肥力的相关性。结果表明:不同景观类型下土壤肥力状况差异较大。生态基础林林区土壤综合肥力最高,西南部近自然林土壤等级最低。土壤碳通量表现为夏季高,春秋低,现存碳储量与原始储量差异不大;林区土壤碳通量与土壤有机质含量、微生物量碳含量显著正相关,土壤碳储量仅与有机质及蔗糖酶活性极显著相关。从提升林地土壤综合肥力、提高森林土壤固碳能力的角度来看,多彩花林景观是“千年秀林”最适宜建造的景观类型。
In order to provide references for arising targeted suggestions for urban forest construction of Xiong’an,this study clarified the soil fertility status of different landscape types in Millennium Xiulin and the main factors on forest soil carbon storage and flux.Fifteen fertility index of the forest soil was examined including alkali solution density,organic matter,bulk density and microbial biomass carbon,followed by principal component analysis to evaluate the comprehensive fertility conditions.ArcGIS10.2 was used to map soil fertility distribution.Soil respiration apparatus was used to monitor soil carbon flux in forest region to clarify soil carbon storage,carbon flux and their correlation with soil fertility.The results showed that soil fertility varied greatly in different landscape types.Thesoil comprehensive fertility of the ecological base forest was the highest,while that of the near natural forest was the lowest.Soil carbon flux was high in summer and low in spring and autumn,and there was no significant difference between existing carbon storage and original carbon storage.Soil carbon flux was positively correlated with soil organic matter content and microbial biomass carbon content,while soil carbon storage was significantly correlated with organic matter and sucrase activity.The colorful flower forest landscape was the most suitable landscape type for landscape construction,considering the improvement of the comprehensive fertility and carbon sequestration ability of forest soil.
