摘要
考虑到大型燃气锅炉供热系统应用过程中受到运行环境的影响,导致其能耗增加,提出了大型燃气锅炉供热系统节能优化策略研究。针对大型燃气锅炉供热系统的操作流程进行优化,通过计算锅炉表面传热负荷、内外温差传热负荷以及太阳辐射负荷,确定大型燃气锅炉供热系统负荷;构建超带宽储存大型燃气锅炉供热数据模型,得到大型燃气锅炉供热数据的存储空间特征量,获取燃气锅炉供热数据,借助小波方程式求解大型燃气锅炉供热系统的不稳定换热值,确定锅炉供热过程中燃气热能指标,优化大型燃气锅炉供热系统节能优化的可行性指标,实现大型燃气锅炉供热系统节能优化策略研究。实验结果表明,提出节能优化策略可有效提高大型燃气锅炉供热系统的节能效果,且经济效益较好。
Considering the influence of operating environment in the application of large gas-fired boiler heating system,its energy consumption increases.Therefore,the energy-saving optimization strategy of large gas-fired boiler heating system was proposed.It was mainly aimed at optimizing the operation process of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating system.The load of large gas-fired boiler heating system was determined by calculating the boiler surface heat transfer load,internal and external temperature difference heat transfer load and solar radiation load;Build a model of Super bandwidth storage of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating data,obtain the storage space characteristic quantity of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating data,obtain the gas-fired boiler heating data,solve the unstable heat transfer value of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating system with the help of wavelet equation,and determine the gas heat energy index in the process of boiler heating,optimize the feasibility index of energy-saving optimization of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating system,and study the energy-saving optimization strategy of large-scale gas-fired boiler heating system.The experimental results showed that the proposed energy-saving optimization strategy can effectively improve the energy-saving effect of large gas-fired boiler heating system,and the economic benefit is good.
