核主成分与随机森林相融合的配电网线损计算方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 线损是配电网经济运行的一项重要运行指标,但配电网存在结构复杂和运行信息不全等问题,给配电网的线损计算造成了较大困难。提出了一种融合核主成分和随机森林的配电网线损计算新方法,选取配电网线损相关电气特征量后,利用核主成分对特征量进行处理,再利用随机森林的强拟合能力实现特征量与线损间的非线性复杂映射。通过配电网线损计算实例的分析,结果表明本文方法在配电网线损计算中具有很好的有效性和优越性。研究成果可为配电网线损提供有效的理论参考和技术指导。 The line loss is an important index of economic operation of distribution network,but the distribution network has some problems such as complex structure and incomplete operation information,and it brought great difficult to the line loss calculate of distribution network.In this paper,a new method for calculating the line loss of distribution network based on the fusion of kernel principal component and random forest was proposed,after selecting the electrical characteristic quantity related to the line loss of the distribution network,the characteristic quantity was processed by the kernel principal component firstly,then the strong fitting ability of random forest was used to realize the complex nonlinear mapping between the line loss and the linear loss.Through the analysis of distribution network line loss calculation example,the results showed that the method presented in this paper is effective and advantageous in line loss calculation of distribution network.The research results of this paper can provide effective theoretical reference and technical guidance for the line loss of distribution network.
