共享理念下城市住区户外空间更新策略研究——基于湖北省9市的实地调研

The Renewal Strategy of Outdoor Space in Urban Residential Areas Under the Concept of Sharing:Based on the Field Survey of Nine Cities in Hubei Province

城市住区户外空间承载着居民日常的锻炼健身、休闲娱乐、交往交流等活动,对促进居民健康起着关键作用。针对城市住区户外活动空间供需矛盾的问题,通过对湖北省9个市54个住区的实地调研,剖析了城市住区户外活动空间的现存问题及主要原因。基于共享理念,从基础、核心、方法、保障四个维度提出了更新策略,并结合居民行为特征构建城市住区户外空间三级共享体系,来应对城市住区户外空间不足的问题,以期为城市住区户外空间更新提供参考。

Urban residential outdoor space carries residents’daily exercise,leisure and entertainment,communication and other activities,and plays a key role in promoting the health of residents.Aiming at the contradiction problems between supply and demand of urban residential areas outdoor activity space,we analyze the problems and main reasons of outdoor space in urban residential areas from the field surveys in 54 residential areas in Hubei Province.Based on the sharing concept,an update strategy is proposed from the four dimensions of basis,core,method,and guarantee,and combined with the behavior characteristics of residents,a three-level sharing system for outdoor space in urban residential areas is constructed to cope with the problem of insufficient outdoor space in urban residential areas,with a view to provide reference for the update of urban residential outdoor space.
