区域统筹视角下传统村落保护利用路径研究——以陕西省渭南市传统村落为例

The Conservation and Utilization Path of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Regional Integration:Taking Traditional Villages in Weinan,Shaanxi Province as an Example

传统村落是我国农耕文明的鲜活遗产,蕴含深厚的历史信息和多样的文化景观。面对目前6819个数量众多的传统村落,如何避免零碎化保护、格式化发展,是当前紧迫的问题。利用ArcGIS10.2在对中国传统村落空间特征解析的基础上,引入以区域统筹为统领的传统村落保护利用理念,针对传统村落集群分布的地区,提出资源要素的整合与融合,进行“文化遗产整体保护”“基础设施与公共服务设施共建共享”“产业协作集群发展”“改善提升人居环境”的保护利用路径探索。以渭南市传统村落为例,在区域统筹视角下,探索区域传统村落保护利用方法和路径,为传统村落的有效保护、合理利用提供借鉴。

Traditional villages are the living fossils of China’s agricultural civilization,containing and retaining rich historical information and diverse cultural landscape.In the face of 6819 traditional villages,how to avoid fragmentary protection and formatted development is an urgent problem at present.Based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics of Traditional Chinese villages by ArcGIS10.2,the concept of protection and utilization of traditional villages led by regional coordination is introduced,and the integration of resource elements are proposed for the regions where traditional village clusters are distributed.The protection path are explored such as whole protection of cultural heritage,co-construction and sharing of infrastructure and public service facilities,industrial collaborative cluster development,improving human settlement environment.Taking Weinan traditional village as an example,in the region as a whole perspective,we explore the regional traditional villages’protection method and path,so as to provide reference for the effective protection and rational utilization of the traditional village.
