摘要
将国家、地方、行业需求与人才培养目标有机结合,湖北工业大学将成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念应用到建筑学专业人才培养中,从需求出发的反向设计,探索建筑学高素质应用型人才培养模式,并基于目标达成度构建了“一主两翼”的课程体系,并设计三层次、多模块的实践教学体系,经过五年的教学改革实践和不断完善,提升了人才培养的社会适应度,探索出了一条地方高校高素质应用型人才培养的有效路径。
Combining national,local,and industry needs with talent cultivation goals,Hubei University of Technology applies Outcomebased Education(OBE)concepts to the training of architecture professionals,reverse design from demand,we explore a high-quality application-oriented talent cultivation model of Architecture.Based on the goal achievement degree,we construct the"one main two wings"curriculum system,and design a three-level,multi-module practical teaching system.After five years of teaching reform practice and continuous improvement,it has improved the social adaptability of personnel training,and explored an effective path for local colleges and universities to cultivate high quality applied talents.
