摘要
针对模具造型与NC编程在兼容时存在特征丢失的问题,提出借助UG软件对饮料瓶模具进行自由曲面造型、结构参数化设计、型腔模具工艺设计及数控仿真加工一体化分析的方法。确定合理的工艺路线,设置型腔模具粗、精加工及边角优化的工艺参数,规划刀具路径,自动生成NC代码。实践证明,基于UG的中空吹塑模具设计及数控仿真加工一体化分析方法缩短饮料瓶开发周期,保证饮料瓶产品质量,为同类塑料制品的模具生产工艺提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of feature loss when mold modeling is compatible with NC programming,an integrated analysis method of free-form surface modeling,structural parametric design,cavity mold process design and NC simulation processing for beverage bottle mold was proposed with the help of UG software to determine the reasonable process route,set the process parameters of rough and finish machining and edge and corner optimization of the cavity mold,plan the tool path,and automatically generate the NC codes.The practice proves that the integrated analysis method of hollow blow mold design and NC simulation processing based on UG shortens the development cycle of beverage bottles,ensures the product quality of beverage bottles,and provides a reference for the mold production process of the like plastic products.
