基于质心偏移下精密仪器包装振动频率的试验与仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 为研究质心偏移下精密仪器包装系统的频率响应曲线,探讨质心偏移对共振频率的影响。建立质心偏移下精密仪器包装系统的理论模型,通过有限元仿真模态分析法求解不同偏心距下系统的共振频率,再进行试验分析验证。仿真结果与试验结果存在7%左右的误差。缓冲包装系统在质量、隔振器安装方式及刚度一定情况下,随着偏心距离的增大,系统的共振频率也随之增大,且偏心距越大频率变化量越大。研究为运输包装设计提供理论依据。 In order to study the frequency response curve of precision instrument packaging system under the condition of centroid shift,and to explore the influence of centroid shift on resonance frequency,the theoretical model of precision instrument packaging system with centroid shift was established.The resonance frequency of the system with different eccentricity was calculated by finite element simulation modal analysis method,and then the experimental analysis and verification were carried out.There is about 7%error between the simulation results and the experimental results.When the mass,installation method and stiffness of the cushioning packaging system are given,the resonance frequency of the system increases with the increase of the eccentric distance,and the greater the eccentric distance,the greater the frequency change.This study provides a theoretical basis for transport packaging design.
