摘要 针对草莓采摘劳动强度高、现有采摘设备采摘效率低的问题,设计基于地垄式自动化草莓采摘装置,包括剪刀机构、图像采集机构、输送链机构以及拾取机构,各机构并行处理,同时运行,高效完成草莓采摘过程。对拾取机构中前端拾取块进行疲劳分析以确定其使用寿命符合设计要求,对剪刀机构进行动力学分析以验证剪断果梗时对驱动电机冲击的无害性。经过实验室测试与草莓园实地测试检验,全天采摘草莓的效率达到人工的采摘效率,且能够进行夜间采摘工作,整体工作效率优于人工。 In order to solve problems of high labor intensity of strawberry picking and the low picking efficiency of picking machine,the automatic strawberry picking device based on furrows was designed,including scissors mechanism,image acquisition mechanism,conveyor chain mechanism and pick-up mechanism.These mechanisms process parallely and run at the same time to efficiently complete the strawberry picking up process.The fatigue analysis was made for the front-end pickup block of the pickup mechanism to determine that its service life meets the design requirements.Also,the dynamic analysis of the scissors mechanism was conducted to verify the harmless impact of the fruit stem cutting on the driving motor. Through laboratory test and field test in strawberry greenhouse,the efficiency of the automatic strawberry picking device reached the level of manual picking.Moreover,the device can pick at night and the overall efficiency is better than the manual picking efficiency.
