An Analysis of Social Technicalization and Its Measurement Problem

本文从阐述社会技术形态与社会技术化概念入手,讨论了描述和评估社会技术化进程的参照系构建与测度指标选取问题,提出了描述、测度和评估社会技术化的雷达图图示方法以及综合性评价指标M值的计算方法;分析和探讨了社会技术化测度与评估工作的复杂性;最后以改革开放以来中国民用航空业技术演进为例,给出了针对该技术化进程的粗略测度与评估。

This article starts with elaborating the social technology form and the concept of social technicalization, discusses the frame of reference construction and the selection of measurement indicators for describing and evaluating social technicalization, reveals the complexity of the measurement and evaluation process, takes the technological evolution of China’s civil aviation industry since the reform and opening up as an example, and gives a rough description and assessment of the technicalization process.
