摘要
为了降低煤直接液化工艺中管线及设备磨损对生产过程的影响,通过分析装置内发生的磨损部位及磨损规律,研究了相关易磨损部位通过提升管道壁厚、优化内部结构形式、使用新型耐磨材料、优化操作方法等措施来减缓或者消除磨损带来的隐患;同时,通过对相关措施的改造、优化来验证预防磨损的效果。结果表明:通过以上措施的实施使进料泵返回循环管线由运行不足4个月到运行周期再无泄漏情况发生;高温含固离心泵运行时长由不足1400 h提高到稳定运行7200 h以上;高压差减压阀运行时长由几十个小时到稳定运行2700 h以上;常压塔入口大弯管运行周期内再无泄漏情况发生等,使煤直接液化工艺管道及设备磨损问题得到了有效的缓解或消除。
In order to reduce the impact of pipeline and equipment wear on the production process in the direct coal liquefaction process,by analyzing the wear parts and wear laws in the unit,the paper studies the measures of increasing the wall thickness of the pipeline,optimizing the internal structure,using new wear-resistant materials,and optimizing the operation methods to reduce or eliminate the hidden dangers caused by the wear,and verifies the effect of wear prevention through the transformation and optimization of relevant measures.The results show that the implementation of these measures make the return circulation pipeline of the feed pump without leakage during the operation cycle,while its operation cycle was less than 4 months before the implementation;the operating time of high temperature solid containing centrifugal pump is increased from less than 1400 hours to more than 7200 hours;the operating time of the high-pressure differential pressure reducing valve is increased from dozens of hours to more than 2700 hours of stable operation;there is no leakage again during the operation period of inlet large elbow of the atmospheric tower.These measures effectively alleviate or eliminate the wear of the pipeline and equipment in the direct coal liquefaction process.
