摘要
对原料煤、燃料煤消耗量与灰分、挥发分、固定碳及低位发热量之间的关系进行了研究分析,并找出其中的关联性以指导煤化工的实际生产,降低原料煤和燃料煤消耗;通过对比原料煤、燃料煤设计煤质,提出气化炉、锅炉使用的最低煤质要求,避免了气化炉和锅炉运行及相关的其他装置工况发生较大变化;结合原料煤、燃料煤消耗量的制约因素和气化炉、锅炉使用煤质的最低要求,提出了原料煤、燃料煤的配比要求。最后,对中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司在原料煤和燃料煤配煤研究中已取得的经验进行了具体介绍。
The relationships between the consumption of raw coal and fuel coal and the ash,volatile matter,fixed carbon and low calorific value are studied and analyzed to find the correlation to guide the actual production of coal chemical industry and reduce the consumption of raw coal and fuel coal.By comparing the design coal quality of raw coal and fuel coal,the minimum coal quality requirements for gasifier and boiler are put forward to avoid large changes in the operation conditions of gasifier and boiler and other relevant units.Combined with the restriction factors of raw coal and fuel coal consumption and the minimum requirements of coal quality for gasifier and boiler,the proportioning requirements of raw coal and fuel coal are proposed.The experience achieved in the research of raw coal and fuel coal blending by China Coal Ordos Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced in detail.
