采用煤层注水提高工作面支架初撑力应用实践

摘要 为了解决综放工作面受煤层特性影响,支架初撑力不足的问题,以弘扬煤矿2303综放工作面为例,采用煤层中部长孔注水措施,以提高工作面支架初撑力,使其满足生产要求。结果表明:采用该措施,不仅可以起到湿润煤体、降低煤尘作用,还可以改变煤的力学性质,使应力分布均匀化,起到提高工作面支架初撑力的作用,从而提高支架安全性能,保证工作面回采安全。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient support bracing force in fully mechanized top coal caving face affected by coal seam characteristics,taking the 2303 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Hongyang Coal Mine as an example,the water injection measure of long hole in the middle of coal seam is adopted to improve the support bracing force in the working face and make it meet the production requirements.The results show that this measure can not only moisten the coal body and reduce the coal dust,but also change the mechanical properties of the coal,homogenize the stress distribution,and improve the bracing force of the support in the working face,thus improving the safety performance of the support and ensuring the safety mining of the working face.
