工作面过陷落柱回采工艺优化及支护技术

摘要 为了保证8119工作面安全快速过X5陷落区,白洞矿对工作面过陷落区时主要存在的技术难题进行分析,提出了松动预裂爆破施工工艺,并对陷落区采取“注浆+超前管棚”联合支护技术进行顶板控制。应用效果表明:采用松动预裂爆破施工工艺减少了机械破岩量,降低了设备故障率;采取联合支护技术后,液压支架在陷落区初撑力、工作阻力达95%以上,未出现顶板破碎垮落现象,保证了工作面安全回采。 In order to ensure that the 8119 working face passes through the X5 subsidence area safely and quickly,Baidong Mine analyzes the main technical problems existing in the working face passing through the subsidence area,and puts forward the construction technology of loose pre-splitting blasting.The combined support technology of"grouting+leading pipe shed"is adopted to control the roof in the subsidence area.The application effects show that the construction technology of loose pre-splitting blasting reduces the amount of mechanical rock breaking and the failure rate of equipment,after adopting the combined support technology,the initial bracing force and working resistance of hydraulic support in the subsidence area are more than 95%.There is no roof breaking and collapse phenomenon,which ensures the safe mining of the working face.
