摘要
为解决新查庄煤矿八层煤二合顶支护问题,通过理论分析及现场实践的方法对8803轨道顺槽支护参数进行研究,确定锚杆支护为Φ18 mm×L1600 mm,间排距为1200 mm×1500 mm;架棚矿用11^(#)工字钢成品梯形棚,棚腿×棚顶×棚腿=2.5 m×3.4 m×2.5 m,棚距0.8 m。该支护方案有效地控制了顶板变形,保障了安全生产,提高了生产效益。
In order to solve the problem of double-closing roof support of eight-layer coal in Xinchazhuang Coal Mine,the supporting parameters of the 8803 track grooving are studied by means of theoretical analysis and field practice.It is determined that the anchor rod support isΦ18 mm×L1600 mm,the row distance is 1200 mm×1500 mm,the frame shed finished trapezoidal shed is made of the 11^(#)I-shaped steel for mining,the shed leg×roof×shed leg is 2.5 m×3.4 m×2.5 m,and the distance between the roof is 0.8 m.The support scheme effectively controls the roof deformation,ensures the safe production and improves the production efficiency.
