晶鑫煤矿综掘工作面粉尘综合治理技术研究

摘要 综掘工作面产尘强度大,给工人身心健康和矿井安全生产带来严重危害。综掘面粉尘主要产自掘进机截割头旋转割煤、星轮旋转装煤、转载点落煤以及钻孔产尘,针对多源头产尘,优化了掘进机喷雾系统,增加了针对星轮的雾化喷头,同时设计了除尘风机和全断面水幕帘。结果表明,全尘和呼尘降尘率在掘进机司机处分别达到了87.2%和86.8%,在水幕帘后方5 m处全尘降尘率达到了93.8%,呼尘降尘率达到了92.4%。 The dust intensity of fully mechanized mining face is high,which brings serious harm to the physical and mental health of workers and mine safety production.The dust of fully mechanized mining face is mainly produced by rotary cutting coal of roadheader cutting head,rotating loading of star wheel,coal falling at transfer point and dust produced by boreholes.Aiming at dust production from multiple sources,the spray system of roadheader is optimized and atomization nozzles for star wheels are added.At the same time,dust removal fan and full-section water curtain are designed.The results show that the dust reduction rates of total dust and exhaled dust reached 87.2% and 86.8%respectively at the position of the roadheader driver,at 5 m behind the water curtain,the total dust reduction rate reached 93.8%,and the exhalation dust reduction rate reached 92.4%.
