摘要
为有效解决兴峪煤矿工作面开采时瓦斯含量高的问题,基于15508工作面的实际地层条件,通过理论分析及工程类比的方法,采用高位定向长钻孔对瓦斯进行抽采治理,对高位定向钻孔的施工层位、钻孔深度、钻孔间距等参数进行了设计,对定向钻进装备进行了合理选型。结果表明,高位定向钻孔的掏煤量突破0.5 m^(3)/m,回风巷钻场覆盖范围内的瓦斯含量下降了0.258 m3/t,瓦斯治理效果良好,保障了工作面的生产安全。
In order to effectively solve the problem of high gas content in Xingyu Coal Mine working face,based on the actual stratum conditions of 15508 working face,a high directional and long drilling hole was used to control the gas.By means of theoretical analysis and engineering analogy,the parameters such as construction horizon,drilling depth and spacing of high directional drilling are designed.According to the design parameters of high directional drilling,combined with tunnel conditions and stratum conditions,the directional drilling equipment is selected rationally.The field application results show that the coal cut amount of high directional drilling exceeds 0.5 m3/m,and the gas content in the coverage area of roadway cutting drilling field decreases by 0.258 m3/t.The gas treatment effect is good,and the production safety of working face is guaranteed.
