摘要
针对晋华宫矿一采区掘进工作面巷道堵塞、通风不畅等问题,设计一套智能监测系统,实时监测管路压力、流量等参数,并进行安全预警,从硬件设计和软件设计两个角度开展研究,在一采区上进行系统现场测试。结果表明:通过现场监测和地面的数据处理,系统的故障检测精度小于50 m,系统出现超限报警的传输时间小于3 s,系统可靠性强、通信稳定,在工作面条件发生改变时,及时传递设备状态,消除事故隐患。
Aiming at the problems of roadway blockage and poor ventilation in the heading face of the first mining area of Jinhuagong Mine,a set of intelligent monitoring system is designed to monitor the parameters such as pipeline pressure and flow in real time,and carry out safety early warning.Carry out the research from two angles of hardware design and software design,and the system is tested on the first mining area.The results show that through on-site monitoring and ground data processing,the fault detection accuracy of the system is less than 50 m,the transmission time of out-of-limit alarm of the system is less than 3 s,the system is reliable and the communication is stable,when the working face conditions change,timely transfer the status of the equipment to eliminate the hidden danger of the accident.
