深埋藏断层发育采煤工作面自动化技术研究及应用实践

摘要 星村煤矿7302综采工作面自动化建设过程中,因煤层倾角变化大,构造发育,导致自动移架时出现咬架、歪架,记忆割煤时,出现煤机截割顶底板的情况,给顶板管理及煤质管理造成极大困难。针对以上问题,通过确定合理升架动作中止参数,解决顶板破碎区域跟机移架问题;通过测定工作面关键参数,构建工作面煤层三维赋存图,确定采煤机自动截割合理参数,解决了因无法进行有效煤岩识别导致的煤机割顶底板的问题。 In the process of automation construction of the 7302 fully mechanized mining face in Xingcun Coal Mine,due to the great change of coal seam inclination angle and the development of structure,bite frame and crooked frame appear when the frame is moved automatically,and the situation of coal machine cutting roof and floor occurs when coal is cut in memory.It causes great difficulties to roof management and coal quality management.In view of the above problems,by determining the reasonable suspension parameters of lifting action,the problem of moving frame with machine in the broken area of roof is solved.By determining the key parameters of the working face,constructing the three-dimensional occurrence map of the coal seam of the working face,and determining the reasonable parameters of automatic cutting of the shearer,the problem of cutting the roof and floor of the coal machine caused by the inability to identify the coal and rock effectively is solved.
