数字经济驱动中国制造集群网络升级的路径探索

Exploration on the Upgrade Path of China’s Manufacturing Cluster Network Driven by Digital Economy

在当今中国经济转型和改革攻坚的关键时期,数字经济成为促进实体经济振兴与制造业转型升级的新动能。制造集群网络作为数字经济与传统产业融合的主战场,更需要运用数字经济实现创新驱动,从而促进整个制造集群网络的升级转型。然而,我国制造集群升级还存在企业转型动力不足、关键技术研发乏力等问题。为此,从强化制造集群网络创新链、优化制造集群网络供应链、改进制造集群网络产业链和提升制造集群网络价值链四个方面来剖析数字经济驱动集群网络升级的内在机理,认为我国应从发挥集群内核心企业引领作用、搭建集群网络升级服务平台、推动制造集群网络服务化转变、实现复合型数字人才有效供给来推进制造集群网络的高质量发展。

At the critical stage of China’s economic transformation and reform,digital economy has become a new driving force for the revitalization of the real economy and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector.Manufacturing cluster network as the main battlefield of digital economy and traditional industry integration,it is more necessary to use digital economy to achieve innovation-driven,so as to promote the upgrading and transformation of the entire manufacturing cluster network.However,the upgrading of my country’s manufacturing clusters still has problems such as insufficient power for enterprise transformation and weak research and development of key technologies.For this reason,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the digital economydriven cluster network upgrade from four aspects:strengthening the manufacturing cluster network innovation chain,optimizing the manufacturing cluster network supply chain,improving the manufacturing cluster network industry chain,and enhancing the manufacturing cluster network value chain.Give play to the leading role of core enterprises in the cluster,build a cluster network upgrade service platform,promote the transformation of manufacturing cluster network service,and realize the effective supply of compound digital talents to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing cluster network.
