前列腺癌早期诊断相关生物标志物的研究进展

Research Progress of Biomarkers Related to Early Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

前列腺癌患者的预后与其被诊断的时间密切相关,虽然当前临床上已找到众多用于前列腺癌(PCa)早期诊断的各种分子标志物,但在使用时都会出现各自的局限性。前列腺癌在预防、诊断等方面仍然面临着许多不足,提高诊断效率、防止过度治疗依然为治疗前列腺癌的关键。本文介绍了前列腺癌在早期诊断中所面临的问题并对其进行分析,现就常见的前列腺癌实验室指标及筛查体系进行综述,为指导前列腺癌的早期诊断提供一定的科学理论依据。

The prognosis of prostate cancer patients is closely related to the time of diagnosis.Although many molecular markers for diagnosing prostate cancer have been found clinically at present,they all have their own limitations when used.Prostate cancer still faces many shortcomings in prevention and diagnosis.Improving diagnosis efficiency and preventing over-treatment are still the key to the quality of anterior adenocarcinoma.This paper introduces and analyzes the problems faced by early diagnosis of prostate cancer,and summarizes the common laboratory indexes and screening system of prostate cancer,so as to provide some scientific theoretical basis for early diagnosis of prostate cancer.
