船用铜镍合金凸缘自动化成形装置设计

Design of automatic forming device for marine copper-nickel alloy flange

摘要 为构建高生产效率、低劳动强度、本质安全、健康环保的现代化制造模式,基于6300kN(630t)四柱油压机,设计了一种铜镍合金凸缘自动化成形装置,利用PLC工控技术,实现了从上料—加热—传输—压制—退料—润滑全过程的自动化。现场试验表明,自动化改造后系统运行稳定,单件凸缘成形时间由53s缩减至29s,作业人员由4人降至1人,极大提升了车间生产能力。 In order to build a modern manufacturing mode with high production efficiency, low labor intensity,intrinsic safety, and healthy environmental protection, on the basis of a 630T four-column hydraulic press, an automatic forming device for copper-nickel alloy flanges has been designed. The PLC industrial control technology has been used to realize the whole process automation including loading-heating-transmission-pressing-returning-lubricating. The field test shows that the system runs stably after the automation transformation,the single flange forming time is reduced from 53s to 29s, and the number of operators is reduced from 4 to1, which greatly improves the workshop production capacity.
