对于金属材料的抗腐蚀性能进行检测时,以盐雾实验作为最重要的评定和检测指标。为满足不同实验需求,有多种盐雾实验方法。本文针对中性盐雾实验方法的实践技术进行探讨,集中分析该实验过程中的影响因素,如进行实验的温度、湿度等,以进一步提升对中性盐雾腐蚀实验过程中的理论指导和经验借鉴,更好地对产品耐腐蚀性能进行优化。

When testing the corrosion resistance of metal materials, the salt spray test is the most important evaluation and testing indicator. In order to meet different experimental requirements, there are various salt spray test methods. This paper discusses the practical techniques of the neutral salt spray test method, concentrating on the influencing factors in the test process, such as the temperature and humidity at which the test is carried out, in order to further improve the theoretical guidance and experience in the neutral salt spray corrosion test process, and to better optimise the corrosion resistance of products.
