三亚育才生态区山洪灾害风险评估模型的建立与运用 被引量:1

摘要 山洪具有突发性和不确定性,往往造成人员伤亡和经济损失,开展山洪灾害风险研究,对预防和减少洪水灾害具有重要意义。以三亚育才生态区为例,根据地形和村落分布,划分10个分区,利用高分影像提取研究区内的居民区、道路及耕地,得到不同地区的居民区、道路和耕地密度,并结合数字高程数据开展洪水淹没分析,计算不同地区洪灾的淹没面积,得出不同地区的淹没危险度和易损度,进而根据危险度和易损度计算洪灾风险度,确定立才、雅亮、青法地区为洪灾高风险地区。通过洪水灾害风险模型研究,结合气象预报信息,可以尽早发现灾情隐患点,科学规划部署抗洪力量,有效减少洪灾损失。 Because the sudden and uncertain characteristics of mountain flood and economic losses it made,it is required to carry out mountain flood risk model study to prevent and reduce flood risks.Using Sanya Yucai ecological area as an example,ten sub-areas were got according to topography and village distribution.Then the density of residential areas,roads and cultivated land in different sub-areas were got by using infromation extracted from high-resolution remote sensing images.Based on digital elevation model,flood inundation analysis was carried out to get inundation areas and the inundation risk and inundation vulnerability in different sub-areas.Then the flood risk degree was calculated by using the flood hazard degree and vulnerability degree.It was found that the Licai,Yaliang and Qingfa sub-areas has high flood risks.This rssults of this study will help to find hidden floo disaster points as soon as possible,scientifically plan and arrange flood rescue forces,and effectively reduce flood losses combined with meteorological forecast information.
