山西省文水县蓄洪排涝现状及对策

Current situation and countermeasure of flood storage and drainage in Wenshui County,Shanxi Province

近年,北方地区遭受洪涝灾害频繁,造成损失相应加重。以吕梁市文水县为例进行分析,造成洪涝灾害的主要原因有短期集中降雨、外来客水汇入、排水通道不畅、承泄条件不良等。针对现状蓄洪排涝存在问题,提出合理措施,指导易涝地区蓄洪排涝工程建设,有效提高区域防灾减灾能力。

In recent years,the northern region has suffered frequent floods and waterlogging disasters,resulting in increased losses.Take Wenshui County of Luliang City as an example to carry on the analysis,the main causes of flood disaster include short-term concentrated rainfall,inflow of foreign passenger water,poor drainage channel,poor bearing and discharging conditions,etc.In view of the existing problems of flood storage and drainage,reasonable measures are put forward to guide the construction of flood storage and drainage projects in areas prone to waterlogging,and effectively improve the regional disaster prevention and mitigation ability.
