淮河大型河工模型试验控制技术应用探讨

摘要 利用大型河工模型,开展淮河中游河道治理、行蓄洪区调整建设方案研究,成果在淮河治理中发挥了重要作用。为了更好地保证试验顺利进行,河工模型试验技术在研究过程中得到不断改进与创新。大型河工模型测控系统,实现了模型流量、水位、流速及闸门和口门开度等参数非恒定、实时检测与传输;十字片梅花型加糙技术较好地适应了淮河模型中滩地、行蓄洪区水深浅、雷诺数低、糙率大的模型加糙;单向变态模拟技术较好地解决了众多进洪闸、退洪闸、行洪口门等行洪建筑物与原型相似的问题;而差动式尾门解决了传统翻板尾门水位振荡和拉栅门小流量调节困难的缺点,能实现尾水全过程又快又稳地自动控制,并能满足测控精度要求。 Using large-scale river model,the research on river regulation and flood storage area adjustment and construction scheme in the middle reaches of Huaihe River has been carried out,and the results have played an important role in Huaihe River regulation.In order to better ensure the smooth progress of the test,the river model test technology has been continuously improved and innovated in the research process.The measurement and control system of large-scale river model realizes the non constant,real-time detection and transmission of model flow,water level,velocity,gate and outlet opening;The cross plates in the form of plum blossom roughening technology is well adapted to the roughening of the model with shallow water depth,low Reynolds number and high roughness in the beach,lake and flood storage area of the Huaihe River model;The unidirectional distorted simulation technology solves the problem that many flood discharge structures such as flood inlet gate,flood outlet gate are similar to the prototype;The Difference-type tail-water measuring and controlling system solves the shortcomings of the traditional flap tail gate water level oscillation and the difficulty of small flow regulation of the pull gate,can realize the fast and stable automatic control of the whole process of tail water,and can meet the requirements of measurement and control accuracy.This paper discusses the application of the above test technology in the model.
