摘要
鼓风机能耗约占污水处理厂能耗的15%~40%,因中高海拔地区气压较低,致使曝气池鼓风机的风压和风量都会大幅增加,进而导致鼓风机能耗上升。氧利用效率随着水深的增加而增加,水深增加会减少鼓风机曝气风量,但会增加鼓风机风压,两个因素对于鼓风机能耗的变化呈相反作用,合理选择曝气池水深将会对中高海拔地区污水厂能耗的经济性产生较大影响。
The energy consumption of the blower accounts for about 15%~40%of the power consumption of the sewage treatment plant.Due to the low air pressure in the middle and high altitude areas,the air pressure and air volume of the blower in the aeration tank will greatly increase,leading to the increase of the energy consumption of the blower.The oxygen utilization efficiency increases with the increase of water depth.The increase of water depth will reduce the air volume of blower aeration,but will increase the air pressure of blower.The two factors have opposite effects on the change of blower energy consumption.Reasonable selection of aeration tank water depth will have a great impact on the economy of energy consumption of sewage plants in middle and high altitude area.
